Our online referral form takes around five minutes to complete. You can indicate whether consent is in place and what you would like us to do next, including scheduling an intake call, preparing a quote, or discussing the referral with you first.
Our intake team reviews every referral promptly. We will contact you or the family depending on the consent indicated and your preferred next step.
Once the referral is confirmed and consent is in place, we will match the child or young person with the right clinician and get things moving.
We accept referrals across a range of funding types including NDIS (agency managed, plan managed and self managed), Medicare Mental Health Care Plans, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), School Readiness Funding, and private pay.
