We understand that life with children is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Where we can, we will offer an alternative such as a parent session, resource, or connection with your child’s educator so your support continues without interruption. Short notice cancellations may incur a fee as outlined in your service agreement.
