In Victoria, disabled people can make complaints to the Disability Services Commissioner (DSC) for issues with disability services, the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) for discrimination, and the Victorian Ombudsman for government actions.

Disability Services Commissioner (DSC)

The DSC is an independent agency that helps resolve complaints about disability services delivered by registered providers, particularly those funded or contracted by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) or the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC)

Victorian Disability Worker Commission:
  • The Victorian Disability Worker Commission regulates all disability workers in Victoria, and provides a central point where any person can make a complaint or report concerns about the quality and safety of services provided by disability workers in Victoria.
